Technical standards
How we protect your data in practice.
Encryption in transit
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2 or higher. Every API call to and from your CRM uses HTTPS. Attached documents are transmitted and processed over encrypted connections only.
Encryption at rest
Activation logs and temporary processing data are encrypted at rest. Attached document content is processed in memory and is not written to disk beyond what is required to complete the assessment.
No hard deletes
Codeup Systems never permanently deletes records. Duplicate merge recommendations are always presented for human approval and executed as merges, not deletions.
Incident response
In the event of any unauthorised access to client data, affected customers will be notified within 72 hours with a full incident report and immediate remediation steps.
